Tony Antone
Executive Vice President
As partner and Executive Vice President, under Tony’s leadership of the past 24 years, millions of square feet of Class A office and warehouse space have been leased and developed, many to fortune 500 companies. Tony served on the Bush-Cheney Presidential Transition team, that headed Secretary Spencer Abraham’s to the Department of Energy. Tony was Deputy Chief of Staff to Senator Abraham in Washington D.C. Prior to that, he was an attorney with Kitch, Drutchas, Wagner, and Kenney, P.C. in Detroit. Tony has served on several boards; Grubb & Ellis, Children’s Hospital of Michigan, Michigan Chamber of Commerce, Bank of Michigan and Bloomfield Christian School. He is a past recipient of Crain’s 40 Under 40 award. Tony earned a Political Science/Pre-Law Bachelor of Arts degree from Michigan State University and his Juris Doctor from the University of Detroit-Mercy School of Law.

Chris Kojaian
Vice President
Chris Kojaian joins Kojaian Companies as the third generation to enter the family business. As Vice President, he is focused primarily on leasing and development. Previously, Chris worked in Washington, D.C. at the White House for Vice President Pence. He then served as the Director of Operations for the Secretary of Energy. Chris is a graduate of James Madison College at Michigan State University.

Dennis Kateff
Vice President – Leasing
Dennis has been an active member of the Detroit commercial real estate community for 37 years, joining Kojaian companies 17 years ago as a Managing Director of Leasing. His accumulated wealth of experience has provided him with a unique perspective regarding the needs of the modern office occupier, and thus the ability to structure leases that meet their ever-changing criteria.
He was one of the original six professionals hired by CBRE when they opened the Detroit office in 1985, and ultimately managed the office for several years. As a broker, he specialized in the leasing and sale of office properties. During his 21 years with CBRE Dennis was involved in a wide range of major tenant representation assignments with clients including CBS Television, WWJ Radio, WJR Radio, Allstate, and John Hancock Insurance, as well as Ford and Federal Mogul. He represented Nissan in their acquisition of 50 Acres in Farmington Hills for their North American Research and Design headquarters and was one of the lead brokers regarding the sale of Town Center in Southfield.

Paul Winkler
Managing Director - Leasing
Paul is a Managing Director and has been a valued member of the Kojaian Companies since 1985. He is experienced in all facets of Real Estate, from development and property management to his primary focus of leasing office, industrial, and retail developments throughout Michigan.

Dan Leppink
Vice President - Leasing
Dan Leppink brings over 13 years of real estate experience to his role as Vice President of Leasing at Kojaian where he specializes in pursuing tenants that align with the company’s strategic vision. Dan has completed transactions in all major Michigan markets, and has successfully acquired, developed, or represented over three billion dollars’ worth of real estate across all asset classes. Prior to joining Kojaian, Dan worked for Bedrock Management Services, a large Detroit real estate developer where he successfully completed transactions with tenants such as Microsoft, LinkedIn, Ally Bank, IBM, Twitter, Dickinson Wright, and the Interpublic Group. Dan is passionate about creating jobs in Michigan where he lives with his wife and two daughters.
